What is Aplus' Parallel OTP EPROM?

OTP stands for One Time Programmable EPROM. It utilizes the traditional UV-EPROM process technology and is programmed by the CHE (Channel Hot Electron) scheme and is erased by UV light. Our memory has all TTL compatible input and output signals, static standby mode and very fast single address location programming.
