Aplus Serial EPROM

Aplus' serial 512Kb EPROM is a low-cost serial interface OTP EPROM targeted for use in consumer applications, particularly for voice applications. Our serial EPROM comes in a 512Kb density and operates on a wide voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V in a commercial temperature range. Aplus' serial EPROM is based on traditional 0.5um 2P2M CMOS process technology.
