Aplus Serial EEPROMs

Aplus' serial EEPROMs are comprised of the AF24BC and AF93BC family of products. These product families offers our customers a cost-efficient serial interface EEPROM for their computing, consumer, communications applications and are compatible to popular industry bus protocols: I2CTM and MicrowireTM. Our serial EEPROM comes in densities from 2Kbit up to 256Kbit and operate on a wide voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. A variety of standard packaging is available such as PDIP, SOP and TSSOP.
