Aplus AF24BC Serial EEPROM

Aplus' serial EEPROM AF24BC family of products offers our customers a cost-efficient serial interface EEPROM for their computing, consumer, communications applications. Our serial EEPROM comes in densities from 2Kbit up to 64Kbit and operate on a wide voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. A variety of standard packaging is available such as PDIP and SOP. Our automotive and extended temperature EEPROM devices will be out later this year.
