Aplus signs on new customers and strategic partners worldwide

San Jose, California, November 21, 2002 - Aplus Flash Technology, a leader in nonvolatile memory, has recently signed a number of contracts with various companies worldwide to license its leading OTP embedded memory block. In addition to IP licensing, Aplus has also established key strategic partnerships with leading global foundries.

Aplus' OTP EPROM memory block is a high-performance circuit block targeted for the single widest Vdd operation and designed to be fully compatible with traditional OTP memory. It offers a security bit option, power saving modes and fast access times. To maintain the highest standards of quality and technology, Aplus is also developing next-generation 0.35um OTP. The 0.35um OTP will operate down to 1.8V and will feature a large reduction in die size, reducing costs and improving performance for Aplus' OTP customers.

In addition to OTP, Aplus also offers a wide array of non-volatile memory designs and products. Aplus recently added embedded ROM to its NVM IP product line, making it a true one-stop NVM solution provider.

Recent foundry partners include:
